Information we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email, optional phone number, topic and message.
- Email and WhatsApp: any information, including CVs, that you choose to send us directly.
- Technical data: basic, anonymised usage and device information used to keep the site secure and working.
This website does not accept CV uploads and does not maintain candidate accounts.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To assess your suitability for vacancies you have applied for by email.
- With your consent, to share your profile with prospective employers in the GCC.
Sharing
We share candidate information only with prospective employers and partners involved in your application, and with service providers who host this website, under appropriate safeguards. We never sell personal data.
Instagram reels
The home page shows our latest Instagram reels. Nothing is loaded from Instagram until you choose to play a reel. When you do, the reel is shown using Instagram's official embed, and Instagram (Meta Platforms) may collect data and set cookies under its own privacy policy.
Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@prohireinternational.com.
