About the role
We are recruiting an experienced General Surgeon for a reputable hospital in the Sultanate of Oman. You will perform elective and emergency procedures and work within a multidisciplinary surgical team.
Responsibilities
- Perform elective and emergency general surgical procedures
- Assess, diagnose and manage surgical patients pre- and post-operatively
- Run outpatient surgical clinics and ward rounds
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with hospital policy
- Collaborate with anaesthesia, nursing and allied health teams
Qualifications & requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in General Surgery
- Minimum 3 years of post-specialisation experience
- Eligible for Oman Medical Specialty Board / MOH licensing
- Valid professional registration in your home country
